Sage Advise: Reasons Why We Don’t Endorse AVG

Simply put it doesn’t work. Viruses get right through it like a hot knife through butter.

AVG 4 years ago was one of the best. Like some of big names before it Norton, Mcafee, and trend micro became fat cats. Success caused them to forget what made them great. Remember if you forget your roots you become nothing.

Selecting files with the control key

If you’d like to select individual files within a group of other files, the easiest way is to hold down the Ctrl key. Click on each of the files you want to select one by one. Drag the files to new location.

How to select multiple files Part 1

If you’re cleaning up your desktop or organizing your documents, moving one file at a time can be very tedious. Fortunately, you can select multiple files and move them all at one time.

Selection Box

One way of selecting more than one file or folder at a time is to click and hold the left mouse button. You can then draw a selection box around the files with the mouse. All of the files within this box will be selected. Drag all the files to new location.

Drag and Drop

This phrase describes the ability to pick up an icon with a click of the left mouse button and, with holding down the button, “drag” it to another location on the desktop. Although it sounds simple now, this was revolutionary when invented by Apple Computer in the 1980s.
